Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges
Crazy4Claire will exchange or accept returned Quilt Kits if the Kit is returned within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your fabric squares and fabric markers must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Completed quilts are exempt from being returned unless there is a blatant design or fabric flaw. This exemption will be considered on a case by case basis.
To complete your return, we require that you contact Crazy4Claire via email at crazy4clairequilts@yahoo.com. A representative will get back to you within 24 hours to complete your exchange or return. Crazy4Claire truly appreciates your business and will try to work with you to find a solution to your individual problem or need.
Please do not send your Quilt Kit back before making contact with a representative.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced Quilt Kits may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
